This is a 34 year old blended Scotch from Ferg & Harris, bottled at 46.2%. It brings together two single malts, and it spent its long life in a sherry butt.
The nose is confectionery-led, with vanilla fudge, apples and honeycomb, and a hint of Jaffa Cake. The palate offers nectar, buttercream, milk chocolate and marmalade. The close is relaxed, with a creamy aftertaste.
