A 12 year old single malt from Fettercairn, in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, which give it a colour of sunlight and amber honey.
The distillery describes the character as its tropical house style.
On the palate there is vanilla and pear with soft spices. The finish brings nectarine and tropical fruit, with subtle roasted coffee, clove and ginger, ending on sultanas and black toffee.
