Fettercairn 12 Years is a Highland single malt bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured entirely in American white oak casks that previously held bourbon. Those casks are chosen to bring out the tropical character of the whisky.
The palate is full, with plenty of tropical fruit such as nectarines, alongside coffee beans, milk chocolate and ginger.
