Fettercairn – 17 Year Old Gordon & MacPhail Single Cask (70cl, 58.8%)

This is a single cask Fettercairn, 17 years old, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail at a cask strength of 58.8%. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The spirit was distilled in 2007 and matured in a first fill sherry hogshead until it was bottled on 6 May 2025. The cask gave 291 bottles. The nose brings sweet red apple, milk chocolate and hazelnut. On the palate it is creamy, with zesty Seville orange, cocoa and stewed plum. The medium-bodied finish carries underlying liquorice.
