This is a 12 year old Fettercairn single malt from The Single Cask UK series. It was distilled on 20 November 2006 and matured in a first fill bourbon barrel before bottling on 18 April 2019. The cask gave 225 bottles.
The nose is soft, with cereal notes, grist and straw, hints of delicate fruit and a touch of aniseed. The palate is very soft and sweet, with more malt and straw. The finish is lasting, with plenty of vanilla oak and gentle caramel, alongside peach and cream.
