This Fettercairn was distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2018 by Blackadder in its Raw Cask style. It comes from a single hogshead and is bottled at 51.6% ABV, unfiltered and with no added colour. The outturn is 177 bottles.
It shows a fresh, oily Highland character, with green apple, citrus zest, malt and a subtle spiciness. The alcohol is well integrated, adding structure and length without overpowering the delicate profile.
