This is a 15 year old Fettercairn from the Connoisseurs Choice range of Gordon & MacPhail. It was distilled in 2007 and matured in a refill sherry hogshead.
The bottling was drawn from that single cask on 21 March 2023 and yielded 302 bottles.
The nose brings orange zest, sultanas and vanilla pods. On the palate dried fruit comes first, followed by roasted coffee beans and chewy toffee. The body is medium, with a touch of Christmas spice and citrus peel.
