Fettercairn 2007 is a Highland single malt in the Connoisseurs Choice series, selected and bottled by the independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail. It is a vintage bottling, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
Tropical fruit, soft malt and gentle spice mark the Fettercairn character here, shaped by a carefully chosen cask.
The nose brings ripe tropical fruit, vanilla, honey and malt biscuit. On the palate are pear, pineapple, creamy malt and citrus, and the long, clean finish holds fruit sweetness, oak spice and malt.
