This is a 30 year old Fettercairn from the Highlands, distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage in its Symington's Choice selection. It comes from a single hogshead, number 2831, and was bottled at cask strength.
The nose is green and grassy, with a firm note of alcohol and subtle traces of sulphur. The palate is spicy and complex, with ginger and fresh citrus over oak warmth and a building honey sweetness.
