This is a single malt from Fettercairn, distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2022 as Warehouse 2 Batch No. 003. It was matured in Fettercairn Warehouse 2 in a hand-picked mix of ex-bourbon barrels, rum barrels and French red wine barriques.
On the palate there is warm honey, mango, brioche and cocoa, with a subtle hint of berries and soft touches of rosewater. The finish brings passion fruit and papaya, red fruit and grapes, together with sugared almonds, pastry spices and heather honey.
