Pictish Wolf is Volume I of the Pictish Beasty series from Fib Whisky, a peated Fife blended Scotch whisky bottled at 58.6% in a 70cl bottle. It is a small-batch release of 340 bottles.
The blend combines three parts: 13-year-old Cameronbridge matured in a Pedro Ximénez hogshead, 5-year-old FinGlassie, distilled at Inchdairnie, finished in a Banyuls barrique, and 10-year-old Cameronbridge from a first-fill bourbon hogshead.
The series is described as full-bodied, with robust cask finishes.
