Finlaggan Sherry Cask Finish is an Islay single malt bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It has been finished in sherry casks, which add red fruit and darker notes to a base of strong peat smoke.
The nose combines peat smoke with sweet raisins, dark chocolate and fresh raspberry. On the palate, intense smoke sits alongside red fruit, dark chocolate and subtle bitter notes. The finish is medium in length and pleasantly smoky, with lingering peat, fruit and coffee.
