This is a single cask Inchgower single malt Scotch whisky from 2010, matured in a firkin that held Pedro Ximénez sherry.
Inchgower was built in 1871 by Alexander Wilson & Co. to replace the Tochineal distillery, and equipment from Tochineal was used in its construction. It stands near the fishing village of Buckie, a little to the north-east of most of the distilleries in Speyside.
