Fisherman's Retreat Edition 12 is a single malt Scotch whisky made with spirit from the Glasgow Distillery, bottled at 50% ABV.
The spirit spent over three years in hand-selected first-fill Sancerre wine barrels, then a further four months in a single Oloroso sherry butt from Cadiz. The casks were chosen and moved from winery to distillery by the team behind the release, and the whisky is a young one.
