A triple distilled single malt from the Glasgow Distillery in the Lowlands, bottled by the distillery itself at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in bourbon casks. The distillery was founded in 2014 by Liam Hughes, Mike Hayward and Ian McDougall. Its site held a distillery called Dundashill in 1770, among the first to be licensed. Glasgow is one of the few urban distilleries in Scotland dedicated to whisky, and its four pot stills produce around 440,000 litres of alcohol a year.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
