Floki Young Malt Single Barrel (70cl, 47%)

Floki Young Malt Single Barrel is a single malt from the Eimverk distillery in Iceland, bottled by the distillery at 47% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring. The whisky matures only in new oak barrels, which gives it a pronounced wood character. Eimverk is Iceland's first licensed whisky producer and combines traditional and modern techniques. The nose offers fresh citrus and vanilla with spicy wood. The palate is full, with ripe oak, honey and a restrained pepper note, leading to a long, warm, slightly smoky finish with a touch of spice.
