Floris Liquore Fiori di Sambuco (70cl)

An elderflower liqueur from Psenner with an elegant, immediate aromatic profile. White flowers, a light honey note and a citrus hint keep it fresh rather than cloying. On the palate it is soft and rounded, with well-judged sweetness supported by pleasant acidity and a delicate floral persistence. It can be served chilled as a digestif after light meals, used in classic or contemporary cocktails, added to sparkling wine or gin and soda, or paired with fruit desserts, ice cream and light creams.
