Psenner Enzian Genziana, a 70cl distillate made from carefully selected gentian roots, in the Alpine distilling tradition. It is distinguished by purity and an intense, authentic aromatic profile. The nose opens with herbaceous and earthy notes typical of gentian root, with delicate balsamic and spicy nuances. On the palate it is firm and balanced, dry and aromatic, with the characteristic bitter sensations of gentian; the finish is long, recalling herbaceous and slightly spicy notes. Ideal as a digestif after a meal, it can be enjoyed neat, preferably cool, to bring out its aromatic qualities.
