Psenner Liquore all'Albicocca (70cl, 30%)

An apricot liqueur from Psenner in Italy, made using ripe selected apricots. It has a light, bright amber colour and an alcohol strength of 30%. The nose offers fresh fruit and light floral notes. On the palate, natural apricot sweetness is balanced by light acidity. Serve chilled as a digestif, use as a base for cocktails, or pair with creamy desserts and soft cheeses.
