A Four Roses bourbon, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is the blend known as Yellow.
Four Roses uses two mash bills and five yeast strains to make ten bourbon recipes. Yellow typically blends all ten, although some batches use only eight to ten of them.
The Q yeast strain is described as giving floral aromas. It is used in two flavouring recipes, OESQ and OBSQ, which usually make up between 1.5 and 3.5% of the blend.
