Four Roses – OBSF Single Barrel Bourbon (75cl)

Four Roses OBSF Single Barrel is a bourbon from the Four Roses distillery, in a 750ml bottle. It belongs to the Single Barrel Collection, and each bottle is drawn from an individual barrel. The OBSF recipe uses a mash bill of 60% corn, 35% rye and 5% malted barley, fermented with a proprietary yeast strain that brings herbal notes. The nose is herbal and floral, with bright rye spice and a hint of fresh apple. On the palate come vanilla, clove and cocoa, sweet and spiced. The finish is long, with cocoa and clove lingering.
