Four Roses – OBSK Single Barrel Bourbon

Four Roses OBSK Single Barrel is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, distilled in Kentucky, USA. It is made to the OBSK recipe, which uses a high-rye mash bill with a proprietary yeast strain. As a single barrel bottling, each release differs slightly in flavour from the next. The nose is typically described as ripe berries, baking spice, toasted oak and a subtle floral note. On the palate come cinnamon, dark cherry, vanilla cream and caramelised sugar, followed by a long, warm finish of peppery spice with lingering sweetness.
