Four Roses OESK Single Barrel is a single barrel bourbon, issued as a limited edition. It is made to the OESK recipe, which uses a particular yeast strain that gives a richer, spicier flavour with subtle floral notes.
On the nose there is sweet vanilla, soft oak and a touch of ripe fruit. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with honey, cinnamon and a balance of floral and fruity notes. The finish is smooth and lingering, with some spice and a touch of oak.
