Four Roses – Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 50%)

Four Roses Single Barrel is a Kentucky straight bourbon distilled at the Four Roses Distillery in Lawrenceburg. It is bottled from individual, hand-selected barrels at 50% (100 proof) in a 70cl bottle. It is made to the OBSV recipe: a mashbill of 60% corn, 35% rye and 5% malted barley, fermented with the V yeast strain. The current bottling is aged for 7 to 9 years. Aroma and palate are delicately fruity, spicy and creamy, followed by a smooth, lingering finish.
