This is Four Roses Small Batch, a Bourbon bottled at 45% (90 proof) in a 70cl bottle.
It is made by mingling four Bourbon recipes, selected by the Master Distiller at their peak of maturation. The result is described as very mellow and balanced, and it can be drunk neat, over ice or with a splash of water.
