Franciacorta DOCG Brut 2016 Lo Sparviere

A Franciacorta DOCG Brut from Lo Sparviere, made from grapes grown in the best vineyards of the area and bottle-fermented by the traditional method. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour with a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet is rich and complex, with ripe peach and pineapple, yeast and toasted bread from ageing on the lees. On the palate it is fresh, full and harmonious, with balanced acidity and structure, and a long, clean finish with dried fruit and mineral notes. Serve as an aperitif or with light starters, fish and chicken dishes.
