Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut 2014 - Lo Sparviere

A Franciacorta from Lombardy, made from a precise selection of Chardonnay grapes and produced by the classic method with long bottle fermentation. The 2014 vintage shows a bright golden yellow colour and aromas of citrus, green apple and light bread crust notes, thanks to 36 months on the lees. On the palate it has great freshness and balanced structure, with a long, savoury finish. It works as an aperitif or with elaborate fish dishes and white meats.
