Franciacorta DOCG Saten from Lo Sparviere is a sparkling wine from Lombardy made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes.
It has a straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose offers delicate aromas of fresh white fruit, citrus and floral notes, with a light aroma of toasted bread and yeast. On the palate it is creamy and persistent, balanced by fresh acidity.
It is aged for at least 24 months on the lees in the cellars of Lo Sparviere and suits delicate dishes such as seafood starters, risottos and white meats, or an aperitif.
