Fratino Brut Rosé Spumante

Fratino Brut Rosé is a sparkling wine from Cantina Fratino, made from a careful selection of red grapes given a short maceration to obtain its pale rosé colour and to highlight fruity and floral aromas. The nose shows clear notes of strawberry, raspberry and a light touch of rose. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with fine, persistent effervescence and well-balanced acidity. It is suited to light aperitifs or fish dishes, and is best served well chilled at around 6-8°C.
