Spumante Aromatico Dolce Fratino

A sweet aromatic sparkling wine from Fratino. It is made from grapes harvested at full ripeness and fermented at controlled temperature to preserve the natural aromas and freshness of the fruit. In the glass it is bright straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose shows intense aromas of ripe fruit such as peach and apricot, with possible notes of honey and white flowers. On the palate it is balanced, with acidity offsetting the sweetness. It suits an aperitif or light desserts, fresh fruit and fine pastries.
