Vino Spumante Brut Più - Fratino (12%)

A sparkling wine from Fratino, made with selected grapes from the best vineyards of the area. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature, followed by careful maturation on the lees in bottle using the classic method. Pale yellow in colour, with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose shows fresh citrus and green apple, with toasted bread and yeast notes. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with crisp acidity and a light creaminess, finishing clean with a lightly mineral aftertaste. Suited to aperitifs, light starters, seafood and fish dishes.
