A white wine from Kurtin in the Collio DOC. It shows a bright straw colour and discreet aromas of white-fleshed fruit, floral hints and a subtle herbaceous note. The palate is soft but supported by balanced freshness, with a texture tending towards sapidity and a clean finish with a light almond note. Versatile and easy to drink, it suits seafood starters, simple fish dishes, delicate risottos and fresh cheeses. It is best served at around 10-12 C.
