Pinot Bianco Collio DOC - Kurtin

A Pinot Bianco Collio DOC from Kurtin with a fresh and reserved profile. The colour is straw yellow with greenish reflections; the nose opens on renetta apple, ripe pear and hints of white flowers, accompanied by light citrus sensations. On the palate it is easy to drink, with a fresh and savoury texture, balanced acidity and fruity returns that favour its flow. The finish is clean and of moderate persistence, and the structure remains light. It is suited to young drinking, with seafood antipasti, delicate fish dishes, crustaceans, pasta in light sauces, fresh cheeses and composed salads.
