Sauvignon DOC Isonzo Kurtin

A Sauvignon from the Isonzo area with a fresh, direct profile. The nose offers herbaceous notes and white-fleshed fruit, with a citrus component that supports drinking without being intrusive. Intensity is moderate, balanced by good acidity that keeps the palate lively. In the mouth it shows a slim, flowing body, with returns of cut grass and grapefruit and a light salinity accompanying the finish. It suits fish, shellfish and light vegetable dishes, and works well as an aperitif. Serve fresh but not ice-cold.
