Gentleman Jack Chinese New Year 2025 (70cl, 40%)

This is a Chinese New Year 2025 edition of Gentleman Jack, the Tennessee whiskey from Lynchburg that is charcoal mellowed twice. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The bottle is engraved with a Year of the Snake motif and finished with platinum silver embossing. The name honours the founder, Jasper Newton "Jack" Daniel, who insisted on charcoal mellowing despite the time it took. The whiskey is a light amber colour, with vanilla and fruit on the nose. Vanilla, hazelnut and light spice follow on the palate, and the finish is short and crisp.
