This is George Dickel Bottled in Bond Distilling Season 2008, a Tennessee whisky at 50% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is the second Bottled in Bond release from Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. and is a limited release.
The whisky was aged for 11 years, from barrels that have been maturing since the fall of 2008.
It is described as bold and balanced, with notes of pecan, maple syrup and dried apple.
