This is a rye whisky made by George Dickel in collaboration with Leopold Bros, bottled at 50% ABV. It blends George Dickel's column still rye, distilled at Cascade Hollow, with Leopold Bros' Three Chamber Rye. The aim is to recreate a historic style of heavy-bodied rye of the kind once served in bars and saloons across America. The Cascade Hollow component is a traditional column still rye that had never been released before.
