A bottling of George Dickel Tennessee Sour Mash Whisky from the 1980s, in a 75cl bottle at 59.8% ABV. George Dickel left the 'e' out of whisky because he believed his spirit was as good as the best Scotch. This is the Old No. 8 style, which the distillery describes as balanced, with the Tennessee character of light caramel and wood on the nose. It leads to a smoky finish with hints of maple and buttered corn.
