George Dickel Handselected Barrel is a 9 year old sour mash Tennessee whisky, bottled from a single cask once maturation was complete.
It comes from the brand's private barrel programme, in which barrels are hand selected for bottling. The whisky is double-distilled and charcoal mellowed.
Each bottling therefore comes from one barrel alone rather than a vatting of several.
