A Kentucky straight bourbon from Buffalo Trace, bottled at 65% ABV in a 75cl bottle. This is Batch 22B of George T Stagg Junior, released in summer 2023.
It is bottled uncut and unfiltered, after nearly a decade in new charred oak casks. It is made to Buffalo Trace Mash Bill #1, a low-rye recipe with 10% rye. The Stagg range takes its name from George T Stagg and is known for high strength, with whiskey bottled straight from the barrel without dilution.
