A fragrant Alto Adige Gewurztraminer from Josef Weger. The aroma recalls rose petals, exotic fruit, lychee, citrus and a subtle white pepper spice. Full-bodied yet balanced, with fresh acidity and a clean, persistent finish. Serve around 10-12 °C in a wide glass; open a few minutes before serving. It works alone or with aromatic spicy dishes, savoury cheeses and lightly sauced fish.
