A Merlot from Alto Adige DOC.
It has medium intensity with ruby reflections. The nose shows ripe red fruit, light floral nuances, aromatic herbs and delicate spices, with a fresh component that balances the expression. On the palate it has soft tannins and a balanced structure, supported by discreet acidity, with fruity echoes and a medium-persistent finish.
It accompanies white meats, lightly cured cold cuts, semi-hard cheeses and everyday dishes with not too complex sauces. Serve slightly cool, around 16-18 °C, and decant briefly if more roundness is desired.
