A white wine from Alto Adige with a fresh, composed aromatic profile. The nose shows white-fleshed apple and pear, lemon zest and light floral notes, with a mineral hint recalling local soils. The colour is bright straw. On the palate it has medium structure, lively acidity and a clean finish. It suits seafood, shellfish, white meats, fresh cheeses, vegetable dishes and salads, and works as an aperitif. Serve around 10-12 °C.
