This is a six year old triple distilled single malt from The Glasgow Distillery, part of its Small Batch Series. It matured first in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, then spent 19 months in French oak White Port hogsheads. It is bottled at 53.3% in a 70cl bottle, and 730 bottles were released.
The nose is zesty, with lemon, lime, green apple, pineapple and peach over gentle honeyed sweetness. On the palate, honeysuckle meets vanilla, runny honey and honeydew melon. The finish is long, with creamy patisserie notes, soft peach and lingering citrus zest.
