This is a five-year-old single cask single malt from Glasgow Distillery, bottled by North Star at 51.5% in a 70cl bottle.
It was distilled in March 2016 and bottled in March 2021, with 358 bottles filled from the cask.
On the nose come Oloroso sherry, sweet pipe tobacco, dates and spice, with plenty of cask character. The palate brings dark chocolate, English liquorice and spice, and the finish is full of spice.
