This is an 11 year old single malt from Glen Garioch, matured in refill bourbon barrels. The casks add a delicate sweetness while leaving the distillery's natural fruity character in the foreground. City Lights and Full Moon belongs to a series celebrating the Aberdeen artist Eric Auld, known for bringing vibrancy and light to the city. The series draws on his paintings of Aberdeen cityscapes and of Bennachie, one of his favourite subjects.
