Glen Garioch 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch. Its sweet fruitiness and clean barley notes are said to pair well with Parmigiano-Reggiano, whose dryness the whisky binds.
The palate opens with crème brûlée and sweet ripe banana, then moves to a light oakiness with pear fruitiness. The finish is long, smooth, creamy and fragrant.
