A 12-year-old Glen Garioch single malt, matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks.
On the nose it is distinctly floral, with heather balanced by rich fruit such as poached pears and a gentle sweetness of malted barley.
The palate opens with crème brûlée and sweet ripe bananas, followed by a light oak note and pears again. The finish is long, soft and creamy.
