This is Glen Garioch 12 Year Old, a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle. It joined the distillery's standard range in late 2010 and is a mix of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, bottled at 48%.
The nose is earthy, with stewed fruit. The palate is rich and mouthfilling, with toasty oak, dried fruit and a hint of mocha. The finish is spicy and smooth.
