This is a 14-year-old Highland single malt from Glen Garioch, bottled by the independent bottler Signatory Vintage as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2026 at 46% from first fill and second fill bourbon barrels, without added colour and without chill-filtration. It is not smoky.
The nose combines ripe vanilla, creamy honey and a light touch of coconut. The palate is oily, with sweet caramel, cinnamon, ginger, buttery almonds and malted grain. The finish is long, marked by spicy oak and honey sweetness.
